From Here to Where?

One of the main problems that boomers or seniors have when wanting to sell their forever house, the house they have lived in for the past 30 years, the house that is in full of memories, the house that has all their stuff in the attic, is where do I go and how do I start.  This is an overwhelming process for a lot of people.  The thought of packing up, cleaning out the basement is unpleasant.  If you start now and do just a litte bit every day you will eventually clear everything out.  If you need help or just need someone to clear it all out, you don't want to go through any of it, please call me I can help you with that.  One of the things I have learned through taking the Senior Real Estate Specialist course was how to put together resources to help individuals with all of the aspects of moving, relocating and selling. Senior Real Estate Specialist - What is it?

Seniors Real Estate Specialists® are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers age 55-plus. The SRES® Council awards the SRES® Designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program.

By earning the SRES® designation,  has demonstrated the  necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 55-plus through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home. I have received special training, get regular update, and am prepared to offer the options and information needed in making life changing decisions.
